Please be aware that these products are not authentic EG4 units and are not eligible for warranty coverage or technical support through EG4.

EG4 does not sell products directly through Alibaba, AliExpress, or similar platforms, nor do we supply authorized resellers who utilize these marketplaces.

If you come across a listing that appears to be selling EG4 products through one of these platforms, please report it to us at support@eg4electronics.com so our team can review it.

Thank you. When would be a good time to reset the inverter? I can do any day this week from 7:00am - 4:00pm Central time.

If you have a transfer switch, I recommend switching your loads to grid and that way when I reset the inverter it won't affect your loads or You can also turn off your loads breaker.

My 12000XP would start to cycle the generator on and off when my generator had been running for about 15 to 20 minutes- no matter the load requested for the charge , the max charge current limit , or the MAX SOC level set. I actually returned the generator thinking it was defective, but it turned out it was simply a matter of updating the XP 12000’s firmware. It now charges steadily and happily with no fluctuations. I’m not sure if that’s the same issue you are having, but it is very quick and easy to do an over the air firmware update. Good luck, because I know how frustrating this can be.
