Wall Mount all weather 280 Ah battery

Hello, I just went to check the system for a neighbor who is not home (system: one XP6000 inverter, one 280Ah battery and 8 solar panels)

The inverter was flashing a #17. I checked the battery connections and there is 0 volts… the battery is about 3 months old…. The house was not even being used and there was practically no load on the system. I tried rebooting twice all but nothing changed. Anybody has an idea? Thanks!

Hi, Last year I had an 18Kpv and 2 EG4 batteries (one All Weather & one Indoor Wall Battery) but I'm curious the option to update the firmware on the batteries via the web monitor tool as show in the this supplemental doc does not appear for me. The only thing that seems different in the "Lithium Brand" setting. As they are EG4 Branded batteries it makes sense to me that would be the correct setting however in the guide it shows "1" Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Yall from Houston. I have 3 EG4 All Weather batteries with a Sol Ark 15K currently in open loop. I never did anything to firmware. Should I consider updating the firmware on the BMS? anything critical that I should update them?
