it’s OK. I had tried a second dongle already.

I was shipped a new inverter so I’ll be testing that out soon and sending the old one back.

Maybe once the broken one gets looked at we can edit the title of the forum and add what was wrong in case anyone else experiences it.

OK! Big updates.

I called my internet provider to make the 2.4ghz dedicated network.

Connected to that same issues, WiFi solid, cloud solid, blinking INV.

Then, my neighbor has the exact same setup as I do, I copied him, 18kPV inverter and 2x powerpro batteries. We know that his network and router works with his system so asked him if I could try connecting to his network.

Connected to his, same issues.

We used his phone and account to add the dongle, same issues.

We used my buddies android instead of my iPhone and my neighbors iPhone, same issue.

Exhausted all possible angles I could think of and all manual, forum or suggestions. That damn inverter light is just stubborn.

Everything looks correct on the screenshots. Can you separate the 2.4GHz network?
This will help avoid any issues with the connection.

The routers 2.4ghz frequency is on and working.

The router is a dual band with 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz.

There are no special characters in the password.
