Well it has been a few months and a major hurricane later (EG4 6000XP did Great). I am doing some permanent wiring to the EG4 now and tried to update the firmware. Unfortunately, I went to Maintenance/Remote Update on my laptop and I received the message in a pop-up that says "Not Allow Remote Tech Support". I tried to see if there was a screen where there may be an option to change this in all the settings, but I could not locate one.
Any thoughts?
