brightmount extension

I have the same need.  I need to use 4 @ 44.65" (1134 mm) panels.  The Cat 1 Mount System has a part number referenced as SKU:  EG4BM25DEGKITV2.  Have you gotten any response from the company yet?

I am beginning to have my doubts about EG4 support.  I had previously tried to get four more center-clamps for my Brightmounts and was told that they would be shipped soon.  That did not happen.  I wrote to them again and they said they were back-ordered and would be shipped soon. That was about 3 months ago.  Never heard from them again.  I would gladly pay for them, but there is no way to order them.

sig solar has been good and quite knowledgeable on other issues.  but if you need anything more eg4 escalation just tells me via email a week later to contact an installer.   i AM an installer.  that was on a tech issue.  

on this issue, if i can't get parts  dont know what retail must be like. on the other hand there are plenty of alternatives.  just holding up two installs at the moment.   we usually fab our own  mounts in the shop if its non standard.  these were just less than i can buy material to fab so thought i'd try going mainstream. guess it's back to the shop. 

too bad.  when i say custom, i only do out there stuff.    we got one we shipped in pieces small enuff to fit a donkey train to go into a clinic in mountains of haiti  wish i had these mounts to mod for that one.  got a micro solar experiment to run telemetry stations collecting data where the panel faces down.  works great in snow where location is remote so no one to clear panels of snow on top.
