What is my Maximum AC output voltage at at 120vac and 240vac ? Also now many FlexBoss 21's can I parallel together ? If I parallel them together do I have only one AC output going to my single breaker box or would I need to set up sub panels for each FlexBoss 21 inverter ? In other words can I hook all my outputs of my Flexboss 21's to my single AC breaker Panel. I hope this makes since I really need to know.

According to specs, it is 50A ac output, up to 16 in parallel. I doubt you would be able to feed them directly to your service panel or main.
Probably something like the feeders from the Flex boss into 50A breakers in a panel with a main breaker that can handle the combined output. Then from there to your service panel or main. I would talk to a local electrician regarding code.
Sometimes the easiest solution is the best solution.
