@david-luke hi, unfortunately, the issue was never resolved and i also had other issues like the inverter telling me that i had no voltage on from my solar panels even though they had… i did a restart and the inverter died after some burnt smell… it never started again and i replaced it. I was sent a new one under warranty.
i wish you a better outcome.
