I have the FlexBoss21 and the GridBoss. I'm set up to receive notifications when the battery level drops below 50% and when there's a power outage.
I'm receiving notifications when the battery level drops, but I'm not receiving notifications about power outages.
I've disabled and enabled notifications again, but the issue hasn't been resolved.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Have you been able to resolve it?
