I have a similar issue, my unit blows cold AC but no heat, I did the testing that was asked for and submitted it with an RMA request 3 weeks ago as requested without any response other than acknowledging the receipt of the request. I tried emailing customer service again asking for an update, still no response. Brand new unit, its getting cold here and I am becoming frustrated. This is the 3rd unit I installed in my home, the other 2 have been working great for over a year now and I am sad.
