Totally off grid 6000XP (3 mo old) has just started cycling power down momentarily and then back up after short time off (30 seconds or so), showing a warning code 25 (inverter overheat) which then goes away on reboot.
It's cold out, the insulated inverter shed is a nice 55 degrees F, 6000XP fans are working, blowing cold air, no burnt smell. this started after batteries recharged 100% (48v system, 560A capacity, 240 split phase).
I turned off for 10 mins as manual suggests. Same problem. With very little load on (fridge and a few LED lights) there is no problem but with any sort of load - 600w Insta Pot shuts it down in a few minutes. 1200 watt tea boiler even faster...these are small loads for this system.
Seems the unit is misdiagnosing a heat problem and shutting down. I've seen a post describing this same issue, requiring a replacement under warranty. please advise.
