I had posted this in general forum before realizing there is a support forum on here, my apologies for double posting

Hi, I have the following system that had been working fine until a couple of weeks ago, consisting of 19kw M-solar panels, 2x Flexboss 18kw, 1x Gridboss, and 3x EG4 outdoor batteries in parallel. Lately, one Inverter keeps going down (sometimes both) multiple times a day within 5-10-minute intervals. Not necessarily to 0kw but always up and down between 6kw and 2kw. I have reached out to EG4 support without much success, other than doing a reset, updating the FW, and saying we will monitor the issue. Over the last couple of days, I was monitoring the system closer to find some kind of similarities from day to day.

It seems like every time the inverter reaches about 6.5k to 7k, it starts to go down to around 2k for a couple of minutes before it goes back up again. Yesterday I did a reset of both inverters when it happened, and upon restart it is running smoothly. Did the same thing again today, and again it runs great with full power output after an SW reset.....anyone experienced something similar, as I can't monitor every day and make a manual reset to continue having good power output for the reset of the day?

To note is that the batteries have every day varied charging levels, so I don't think it is somehow related to the BMS, etc.

Below are some screenshots for the last 5 days, clearly the issue is at around the same solar output when it starts giving problems

Adding to the mix, I set the system to "Charge battery last" and the problem was gone. I also disconnected the Grid, and the problem was still there, meaning it has nothing to do with the grid but potentially with the batteries?
