Trying to register and update firmware via Monitor Center but getting Dongle SN already exists

Manual says to update FW via Monitor Center, but when I try to register the dongle it says its already exists. I did put this unit on the Wifi via APP and create a plant site. Does that mean I can't remote the code load and have to try it in person?
