Getting a 'Warning 28' and the AC output to the house shuts off. Nothing much on but the lights .... is this W028: Inverter Overload ?  This is a 12000XP fresh install with the indoor power wall. We had nothing running but LED lights, then even shut off power to the main panel and it was still kicking off with the Warning28 .... no way the inverter was overloaded. Suggestions? (note: power plant name Rick Noble under my account but I am not sure I got it online successfully)

Could you provide pics of the wire connections inside the 1200XP?

Thanks,

JB

What does the data history show as the load output when it happened?

Fault log shows OVERLOAD about 20 times but no values with it. Again, nothing on but the lites! Will go to customer site and get pics of wiring and try to get the dongle online

Yup, even with the main panel completely shut off the system throws the overload error. zero watts were showing for load when it happened .... gotta be a firmware issue. This is a simple off grid install, no GRID connection at all. No smart load, no generator running, nothing except battery cables, PV in, and AC out to main distribution panel. Thrown the overload error 20 times in the last 48 hours ....
