One of my six V1 batteries is showing the above alarm in Solar Assistant. I've been told on another forum this is most likely due to an imbalance of the cells in the battery. First, I'd like to get some idea of what might have caused the imbalance and second how to fix it.
The battery is using closed loop communication with an EG4 6000ex inverter. Settings for the batteries were low power disconnect at 20%, grid charge at 30%, and back to batteries at 80%. The batteries have been charging and discharging for the last year or so, getting to 100% SoC everyday during the summer. Not sure if any of this helps, but I can't see anything that might have caused the problem.
