My eg4 inside wall mount battery arrived with a red arrow on masking tape as well as scratched paint on top. One of the scratches is in the shape of an arrow.
Is this an issue, or is it normal for new batteries to be arrived this way?
It did turn on and show 55% charge. It was well packed in shipping box.
Hard to believe that it came from the factory that way.
Im sorry it showed up like this. I looks like the QC assiociate was trying point out a physical defect on the battery, and some way, some how it ended up in a box. This is definitely not how our batteries come out of the box. I will do what I can to make this right for you.
