Hi. Although purchased over a year ago finally got four EG4 LifePower4 Lithium Battery | 48V 100AH | Server Rack Battery | UL1973 installed in December. We are off the grid. Two of the batteries are not working with a red light. The error codes in battery No. 1, CMOS: OFF: ALARM STATUS: Charging high temperature alarm & Discharge high temperature alarm; PROTECTION STATUS: Charging over temperature protection. Battery No. 2: CMOS: OFF: ALARM STATUS: Charging high temperature alarm; PROTECTION STATUS: Charging over temperature protection. Any ideas how to get them back online? I'm off grid so we dont have any power unless we have the solar system going. THank you.

Ok. Contacted Signature Solar and waiting for response. The key issue is I’m overseas and no practical way to send these back. Need to get the replacement parts and then have a local tech change. 🤞
