Another way would be to look for a label on the box each battery came in to verify that they matched
The serial number viewed in the software may vary.

I did the online registration, I wanted to get verification

I registered all batteries as they arrived. At the EG4 site, from the manual or pdf files.
2 shipments. The first 2 batteries with the 3-shelf cabinet
The last one was about a year later by itself.
So I have 2 versions as well.
I would like to verify they are on record correctly.
