18kPV and 2 wall mount batteries discharge to 0%soc for some reason.

Wondering if anyone has run into this. We've got an 18kPV and 2 wall mount batteries and have been running as ESS (no pv) with Peak Shaving. Today the batteries started off low, and when peak shaving kicked in the batteries discharged to 0%soc, instead of stopping when they reached 20%. Once at 0% soc I cound not get a "Quick Charge" to start. Called support and after resetting the BMS, we could get a quick charge, but that charge cycle only ran a half hour, bringing the batteries up to 13% and 12% soc respectivly, though both show 51.8 ish V. I'm continuing wiht Signature Solar support, but some weirdness going on.
