In the 4 times my off grid 6000XP has hit EOD cutoff, its only repowered up EPS loads again once solar available 1 of 4 times. As to why differences in response I thought one of 2 possibilities (1.) I have been wondering if it has to do with a fan stuck notice I have come in and out and suspected if that notice is on at the time its the reason its doesnt charge and power loads. Also (2.) I couldn't isolate to settings but that's another possibility. I plan to send the 6000xp back for the simple fan stuck (fan not really stuck) to try to rectify this as I don't want to drive our to my rural farm every time I have several cloudy days in a row.

2 pieces of data here:

My unit shutdown this morning since cloudy a few days back to back. Sunny today but never restarted.

See data below which I trend from remote. Cant see what battery doing now since network down but 5:21 am eastern today unit shuts off EPS loads and I lose network. Very sunny there today but no restart. I have a cellular camera there that confirms no power.

This is old screenshot but hoping someone can see something in settings.

I changed both cutoffs to 47 but this is correct otherwise. These settings this 6000XP will not charge when solar comes available and thus battery never gets up to 47+3V and hence loads never come on.

EG4  Can you comment on possible reasons why?

My EG4 6000XP and single indoor EG4 wall mount battery did a similar thing after a couple cloudy days.  I had the battery cutoff of 20% but the next day the battery said 0 when the sun came.  It was also not charging.  I shut down everything and started everything back up it started charging.   I'm glad I looked.  It hasn't done it again, but now I have my L2 EV charge hooked to the GEN port as a smart load and only let it get down to 40% so I can actually still run a few critical loads on battery for a while if power goes out.  It freaked me out a little bit and I'm not happy nothing short of shutting off the EG6000XP and turning it back on got the battery charging again.

I've had the same issue. Not sure if it's just on cloudy days. I have a good bit of solar clipping in the early morning due to tall trees, but I generally get DC voltage from the panels way in excess of the 120 volt minimum.  When it's in bypass, it has not wakened up and started battery charging automatically like it should.  I have not had the patience to wait and see how long it takes to wake up and start charging so I just change the On Grid EOD SOC(%) lower remotely and PV starts generating again. Signature Solar reset AC Charge Based On to "Disabled" in the "Working Mode" under the Maintenance tab but this did not work.  Would love to hear from EG4 and see what they think.
