I have one inverter that has an AFCI warning on it. It is the primary inverter of a 3 inverter with 2 batteries system. Has anyone experienced this before? This has shown up in the last month of a 5 month pld system.

Do you have a PV string(s) connected to that inverter? If so, use your disconnect and remove that string(s) from the inverter. Clear the error and see if it comes back. If not, then re-enable the PV string(s) and see if the error returns. If so, you have an arc fault in your PV array (be careful diagnosing from here on). Start with a visual inspection of all grounds on the PV and go from there.
Be very careful with a PV ground issue.

Sometimes not.
