I have a new installation including a Grid Boss, 3 Flex Bosses, and 4 wall-mount batteries.  There are over a page of old warnings and faults in the event log.  I've tried contacting EG4 tech support, but there was no response at all.

Each warning/fault starts with an ID number.  Is there a place I can look up them for more information?  At least some of them do not match the names in section 12.3 of the Flex Boss manual.

I have an old "MIDBOX_WARNING_015: GEN voltage and frequency abnormality" warning that dates back to the first time the Grid Boss was booted.  I have no generator and the generator is turned off in the settings.  I see on the Monitor page, the Grid Boss is reporting a generator voltage of 0.6 VAC.  I assume that's ambient RF noise.  Can I throw a 100K resistor across the generator inputs on the Grid Boss to get rid of the stray voltage and clear the warning?  Is there any way to clear event history?

Any luck with this W015 Error? I just installed the GridBoss (haven't installed the inverter/batteries yet). I am getting W015 error. I don't have a generator installed

The Gridboss is most like picking up some kind of signal on the Gen port. Make sure the Gen Breaker is off on the Gridboss.

@eg4eric I don't have a generator connected to GridBoss. There's no circuit breaker on the Generator input

I recommend updating the firmware on the Gridboss. The last two updates include several fixes for issues previously reported with the Gridboss.

@eg4eric When I updated to IAAB-1300, the log cleared and the warning hasn't come back (although I still don't have a generator hooked up and there is probably still stray voltage on the terminal since it's probably a high impedance, unterminated input)

@eg4eric Is that table in a document that the purchaser has access to?

@larryz Once you register an account and add your device to the EG4 monitor website, you can go to the EG4 Monitor website and click on Remote update, you will see a question mark (See picture for reference) and once you click it you will click on Check More and you will have the option to click on the Gridboss firmware changelog.

@eg4eric Sorry, I meant the table in your September 16th post.  The table was labeled "11.3 Warning Codes"

Got it. Yes, it's available in the Gridboss Manual, which I'm leaving below. Starting on page 66.

@eg4eric Thanks.  The copy of manual I had was from December 2024 and didn't have the table added yet.
