I have a GridBoss + 2 FlexBoss installation, and for the past two weeks, the "master" FlexBoss PV goes into Standby at least once a day, and it needs to be restarted. Today, in addition to that, the GridBoss became offline, so (right before a storm) the whole solar system is not working. There are no error codes. I have been in contact with my installer, but all they seem to do is contact EG4 and wait for an answer (which has yet to come).
1. What could be causing the FlexBoss to go into Standby almost every day without anybody doing anything to it? Is there anything I can troubleshoot?
2. Is there a way to bring the GridBoss online remotely?
