Hi all, i have watched Brayden and an individual on YouTube on the issue of this neutral-bonding where on larger,i think 6000and 6500, units Brayden talks about the use of the “jumper screw”to switch along with “Mobile firmware” to automatically switch the units neutral-ground bond. He doesn’t say anything about the eg4 3000. The guy on YouTube, don’t have his name right now, did  install the screw, no firmware was mentioned, and showed it was changing the neutral-ground bond. So what I’m now trying to find out is whether or not this is what i need to do. I haven’t gotten a reply from eg4 support or signature solar. I connected a onan 4000 gen, supposed to be neutral-ground bonded according to google, straight to genverter, cut house ATS out of line, and connected shore power in to EG4 3000, also bypassing the ATS, and 2 eg4 LL-s batteies to eg4 3000. Along with the breaker switch included on dc+ batt to eg4 3000 and 2 breaker switches 30A single pole, 1 on line from SP to eg4 3000 and 1 on line from gen to genverter. I am very cautious and timid around electricity and I’m afraid of turning on the system because I’m reading of the risk. Iknow some are exaggerated but when your unsure its scary. My intuition is telling me i need the relay switch screw. Any clarification would be great, thanks, TomT
