I was hoping someone would be able to help me out. Let see if anyone else has had this issue.
I have 10 of the 18Kpv inverters hooked up to 150 of the LL 48V batteries. I have a backup generator wired in to take over when the sun can't keep up. I am also off grid completely. I was working with the tech guys at Signature Solar to figure out some problems we were having. During this time i was instructed to update the firmware version on the inverter as well as the LCD display update. Once that was complete, I am getting a fault and the system shuts down. It is the "Para Phase set error". I am still working with both EG4 and Signature Solar, but I was hoping someone else might have had a similar issue with their system.
