What do you mean by through the inverter? I suppose if the battery is connected to an EG4 inverter, and has CAN bus communication, then the SOC cutoff...

I got this solved. It was just a matter of configuring the Victron communication port that goes to the battery to have the correct baud rate, 500 kbps...
