Just a followup. Unit was found to be defective and was replaced by Signature Solar and EG4. Replacement unit is AWESOME!!! Heats and cools with no AC...

@eg4eric I have and they, Signature Solar claimed to have informed EG4 twice with a warranty claim. So who's doing what? I don't know and I'm not happ...
