Are all of the batteries on the same firmware version? I had a similar issue when I first installed. I had to update had all batteries on both comms...

@joel-brodeur Unfortunately the reseller could not provide either. Hopefully EG4 can respond to my request.

@nwazog Your installer will need to contact the reseller to get the code. The code is different for each reseller. JB
