Firmware on the inverter is two revisions behind: eAAB-1B1C

The dongle is physically plugged into my EG4 12kPV, so I doubt it lost power... its power comes from the inverter 😉

@eric I have 4 EG4 LifePower4 batteries (48V@100amp) It could be the battery type. I'll have to double check the manual before I change this settin...

I have two PV arrays and a battery bank of 4 EG4 batteries. As you can see from the monitor history, it did previously note "W016: No AC Connection"...
