EG4 Electronics Community Forum Rules

1. Respectful Communication
   Treat all members with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech will not be tolerated.

2. Stay On Topic
   Focus discussions on solar energy, renewable resources, and related technologies. Off-topic posts may be removed unless posted in the proper space.

3. No Spamming
   Avoid excessive posting, advertisements, or promotional content that is not relevant to solar energy or EG4 electronics. Please do not post affiliate links.

4. Cite Your Sources
   When sharing information, especially data or research, please cite your sources to ensure credibility.

5. Privacy Matters
   Do not share personal information about yourself or others. Respect the privacy of all members. Eg4 Electronics moderators and Admins will never ask you for any information other than inverter S/N or shipping information. Please be vigilant if you must share any information with a member that looks suspect. 

6. Constructive Feedback
   When critiquing ideas or projects, offer constructive feedback rather than simply negative comments.

7. Use Clear Language
   Aim for clarity in your posts. Avoid jargon unless it’s explained, so everyone can participate.

8. Be Inclusive
   Encourage diverse perspectives and welcome newcomers. Everyone’s voice is valuable in the conversation.

9. Report Issues
   If you see any behavior that violates these rules, report it to the moderators for review.

Moderation Policy

• Warning System
  Members who violate rules may receive warnings. Repeated offenses can lead to temporary or permanent bans.

• Moderator Discretion
  Moderators reserve the right to remove posts or members that disrupt the community, even if not explicitly covered by these rules.
