To Register, I am asked for Station Name and Installer Code.  I am just installing my own system so there is no Installer.

So far so good!  EG4 14pvk hung, 8 panels installed and connected, 1 LifePower4 V2 battery.  I was able to download and install new Invertor Firmware, but it seems I must get registered for the monitor to upgrade the batteries firmware.  I only installed the one battery because I do not have a good busbar to hook the second one yet.

Any suggestions on where I find my 2 pieces of missing information?

Station Name is whatever you want to name your inverter.

Who did you purchase your inverter from?  Each distributor has a unique "installer code" which allows them to be able to support your system.

@charlesduckworth sorry, I’m not familiar with the installer code for them.  Maybe @jared can help?  Otherwise you would have to ask ShopSolarKits.

Which battery model and what firmware version is currently on the battery?

@jared LifePower4V2, but no way to find current firmware version until I can get registered.  And I have no installer code, as I am just installing my own.

You will need to contact your reseller for your "Installer Code".  If it is Signature Solar, they have an email address to get it from and it is a very fast response.

For the battery you will need an update cable, Again I would check with your reseller.

Thanks,

JB
