My 12k XP went offline since yesterday.  Is there something wrong on the server side?  I am still able to get data from Solar Assistant.  Anybody else having the same issue?

I have no gaps in my 18Kpv data history, so the EG4 web monitor has been connected for me, without any breaks. If your WiFi router has any error logging capability you might want to look there for clues about why you're losing the connection.

Thanks for the info JLankford.  It is down again.  I don't think it is anything wrong with my wifi.  I am still getting the data from Solar Assistant which it is using the same wifi.

My best guess is a bad dongle. My 18k dongle would kick me off the app every couple minutes. After 6 months I finally ask the SS folks to send me a new one. They came through and the new one seems to work fine. Hope that helps

@Eric The AP is very close to the dongle.  The dongle has all the three light lite up.  I don’t know what else could be the issue.  I have unplugged and plugged it back in but didn’t resolve the issue.

@talk2dang Does your dongle have a button on the bottom? If it does, you can hold that button for about 5 seconds and it will reboot the dongle.
Also, reset your router, check and make sure your router is working properly. We had several people reporting the same issue and they said it was their router or internet provider.

If this doesn't work, let me know and I can send you a replacement dongle.
