I have a 12kpv about 2 months old… I have it set for tou to charge at 8pm to 6am .. one day at 9pm on grid bypass it had a house load about 1kw and car charger running about 12kw total it tripped the 200amp breaker and killed power .. the inverter started to smoked .. so far support sucks .. shopsolar.. has told me to wait about a week already for a response from eg4 .. to see what needs to be done .. I sent pictures of reading voltage and install .. it should not be this bad? To get a response of more trouble shooting or send back for repair .. the unit does not power up from grid .. it does power up from battery .. output to load is 50 to 90v ..
