Hello,
I have been trying to set up a 3000EHV inverter with a lifepower4 V2 100ah Battery. From the included cables, i could get it to see in USER mode, but then i lost the LI light, and assume the BMS is not talking to the inverter.
The 3000EHV inverter came with a rs485 to usb A cable. with the label pins 1 , 2 .. im wondering if these batteries need the Pin 7/8 cable?
any help would be greatly appreciated!

I can’t help but think the protocol switches on the V2’s would make a difference
