I have 2 12000’s and a 6000xp that won’t update. They have no internet access so I have to update via the app. I downloaded the firmware, connect to the inverter WiFi, click connect and update and it goes to the normal firmware update screen on the app and the updates are there and ready but as soon as I hit update it says update failed. I’ve updated from my phone many times on my 18k’s not sure why the 12’s and 6 won’t. Thoughts please

Make sure once that once you download the firmware, you go back to your Wi-Fi settings and connect to the dongle's network.
Yes, I’ve done it multiple times on my 18k’s just won’t work on the 12 or 6xp. Pretty sure it’s a App problem

I'll report this issue to our team so we can look into it. Just to make sure you are using the EG4 monitoring app not the new EG4 connect app, correct?

@eg4eric no I don’t have internet so I have to use the app. It has always worked before.

Were you able to update the inverters?
We released a new firmware update for the 12000XP a few days ago.

@eg4eric I finally got the 6000. I’ll try the 12000 later today
