The Dongle was working before, then it was taken out during troubleshooting. Now it won't reconnect.

Twice my dongle has failed to connect and twice I thought it was the dongle.
Turns out both times it was a modem/router issue. Once it was my DSL modem that did not deal well with the inverter switching time between line and battery. I fixed that by adding a large cap across the 12v power supply. The second time my wife accidentally disconnected the feed cable to my wireless router.
I assume you have rebooted everything. Good luck.

Are you seeing any lights on or blinking on the dongle?
