first off I have 900amp hour battery bank with no communication and when my battery reaches 47.7v, the inverter is creating a very loud pounding noise every 30 seconds, if you restart it or hit quick charge it goes away, but will never go below that voltage, currently I've set it to charge at 48v for now but would like to change it to 44v, what is the issue
turns out this was the inverter relay in a loop, if you hear it once it's not loud but every 30 seconds, it woke me up from a dead sleep, I'm not sure what happened but its working fine now
I know it's working fine now, but what batteries are you using?
Also, if you have this issue again feel free to reach out to me and I will look into it.
I think my settings were wrong and I kept blowing my 60 amp battery fuse, when that happen the negative was intact and the inverter read my voltage wrong, too high and kept rebooting, then it just went into bypass mode last night, turns out I also had a loose connection to my fuse holder. so far I bypassed the fuse and all went back to normal, I'm using lead acid mode since I have no communication and for some reason my settings didn't save correctly, probably my fault
Email me directly and I'll give you my inverter number and you can look it over
