I have made numberous calls to tech support, no solutions yet. Hoping here to find answers. My system will not stop until the batteries are completely drained. And more perplexing, at 45% SOC, the batteries drop to 0 SOC. Any input would be appreciated.

Have you recalibrated the batteries SOC?

Here is a link to the document explaining how to recalibrate the SOC.
Also, you can fully charge each battery to 100%, separate them, and measure their voltage to ensure they are all equal.

Here is a video that does a pretty good job explaining the "SOC drift" that you are experiencing. It's a very common behavior - my system does this too.
