Question EG4 Monitoring via website, via EG4 App, and passwords

Hi, new guy here.  System has just been set up and I created an account using my laptop and the EG4 Monitoring website.  Everything went pretty well.  

Then downloard the iPhone EG4 app and it would not let me log on (Userid or Password fault).  Reset password and was able to log on.

Now I can't log on via the website ... again Userid or Password fault.  Reset the password on the website and now the App login fails.

Any ideas?  I tried different logins for each (website and App) but that doesn't help.
