Question gridboss offline mode

i see my question has an unapproved tag and it is awaiting moderation. the reason i posted here is i have a rather un responsive installation company. we had a product substituted without even a heads up and i am hoping the manufacturers community will be more responsive and helpful as right now we are waiting for an unknown date for certification by our electric coop and we will be locked in to this, so to speak. i hope the mods can approve and moderate this quickly so we may adjust as needed before certification. any help from this community is appreciated. 

our initial wish for the 18kv model was due partially to the emp certification and other factors and now we are concerned about the current equipment we havent had much research into and the fact that it seems to only have a cellphone app as an interface.

we were supposed to have a 18k inverter installed and they came out and installed a flexboss with a gridboss. they assured us this is an upgrade etc etc. we dont have wifi here and i was reading the manuals online and noticed the flexboss can use a local network via the app. the manual for the gridboss does not mention this. does anyone know if this is the case for the gridboss too? also are they going to sell a control terminal for air gapped systems for security minded people?

Local connection to the GridBOSS is also an option. The FlexBOSS21 will support an external LCD screen, which can be added, and it will be available through our distributors as early as today.

thanks Jared. i appreciate your prompt response. i feel better about the equipment we have now. i look forward to getting the external lcd when available.
