Local time hijacked back to the future by EG4 servers

Is there a fix in the works to give local, lasting control over system time at a station, instead of it being changed when it connects to EG4 servers?

have you fixed the time in the app at the sign in / setup page?

Make sure you change the time on 3 locations,

  • Station tab (Configuration)
  • Users tab (Configuration)
  • Settings tab (Maintenance)

Not sure if this is the issue you're having, but there is a known issue with EG4 that if you set DST to off, even in the multiple places it can be set, it will automatically turn back on.  Hoping this is on the short list of bugs to be fixed in the firmware.

That could be the issue as well. This has been reported, and a fix is currently in progress.

Let me know if you are still having issues with the time.
