I am having difficulty with the newest 2525 Firmware with our 12kPV.
I agree with EG4 support that my challenges could be due to having older firmware (V 2.04) on the pair of 280Ah indoor Batteries.
EG4 & SignatureSolar are backordered on their Battery Firmware Updater.
A laptop firmware upgrade is not an option.
I would be grateful if someone has a Firmware Adapter that they would be able to loan me.
Hopeful that upgrading the battery firmware will solves many of the anomalies I am experiencing.
