NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE

I have been trying to contact support for my BROKEN blower wheel and I cant get anyone to pick up the phone. I have been on on the phone for 45MIN!!! My TICKET # is 125***

Hi,

Did you get a new blower wheel yet?

I too need a blower wheel. I tried and tried but could not get through. I tied email too and got a response. Colton said he would order one and I gave him my address. It never came. Here's what support has told me.
