I'd like to receive Notifications for like grid/ac events sent to phone, app, or email.
Any way to do this?

In the App, upper right-hand corner, tap the "user icon"
the "User Center" opens. Tap on Notifications. Option for SOC notifications as well as Grid Outage.
Only ones I know about and I think they are push notifications to the App.

Currently, only battery SOC warnings and grid outage notifications are available in the EG4 app. To enable these, go to Account Settings in the top right corner of the monitoring app, then navigate to Notification Settings. From there, you can enable these options. Here’s a picture guide for the iOS version of the app.
