@caesarv I think that is a fantastic idea I "cheated" and did a suggestion post at https://forum.eg4electronics.com/community/postid/90/
But a dedicated channel would be awesome.
I was even thinking about when EG4 is discussing new feature/updates they could post a survey and see what the forum members think are most important. ?? I realize that their market is much broader than the forum represents but it could be a starting point....

New to EG4 - full DIY install completed a couple weeks ago. 6000xp- (2) 48v Lifepower 4 100wh batteries along with 3950w of solar panels.
Initial set up to a tight budget to see what we can do. Hoping to expand… double the PV input and add more battery capacity in the next year or so.

I have EG418K set up and want to add 2 additional EG46000K as well as one of EG412K. Can you give me some do's and dont's about how to connects these together.
New to group/EG4...Installed 6000XP,nice setup, the usual non clarity of simple instructions to start and program.I'm 70 and not into apps, etc.I use my phone to talk if you get what I mean.May hook up dedicated desktop--will it interact with XP and program that way?Having problems with which button to push after entering a screen, sometimes I lucked out and set battery correct, etc, etc. Thanks for reading, any info would be great.
@oldfart Once the 6000Xp is set up with the Wi-Fi dongle, you can monitor it and adjust setting through the web app. Otherwise, if you do not have internet access and Wi-Fi, the only other "out of the box" way of monitoring is through a smartphone app.
Hope this help some.

As mentioned by Joel, you can set up the Wi-Fi dongle to monitor the system using your computer through the EG4 Monitoring Website. You can also use the EG4 Monitor app to connect via Wi-Fi or access it locally. If you need any help with the setup, please let me know!
