Tech Support folks: I have been looking for some way to control and monitor my GridBOSS unit using RS-485 port. EG4 did a great job by documenting similar protocol for 18kpv. Can I please get access to the modbus protocol documentation for GridBOSS at this time? I requested the documentation from SignatureSolar, but they deferred to you.

I am also looking for this information so that I can access data from both my 18kPV and my GridBOSS.

@eg4eric Unfortunately the Internet security practiced by EG4 is insufficient (no MFA among other things) so I can't leave the dongle connected. This means I can't adjust it or monitor it over the seasons. Is there any opportunity to get this info via an NDA?

This is also something I'm looking for. I especially want to be able to monitor the power readings from the various CTs in the gridboss.

Our team has been notified about this, and it’s something that is already being reviewed internally. At this time, it's not yet available to the public, but we’ll be sure to share updates as soon as they become available.
