Question EG4 24000 Hybrid not drawing DC watts

EG4 24000 btu hybrid starts up and pulls both DC and AC for a brief time, then DC drops to 20 watts and bounces around between 20 and 50 watts. 8 450 watt panels supplying 390 volts hooked to unit. Unit works great on AC, but will not pull DC. Switch on AC limiter and DC shuts off completely. Purchased all from Signature Solar, spoke with customer support, they didn't like one ground connection, I fixed and now they will not answer the phone or return messages. Anybody have this problem with the DC not being used by the Hybrid Solar Mini-Split?

Just a followup. Unit was found to be defective and was replaced by Signature Solar and EG4. Replacement unit is AWESOME!!! Heats and cools with no AC when the sun in on the panels. Woo-Hoo!!!
