December install, initially recognized batteries and worked. After a week or so, unit powers off, and won't turn on. Left messages for tech support and waited. Eventually, it turned on again and found "CT Fail" in the history. But we never installed clamps on anything, never saw 'clamps' referenced in the manual. Confidence is dwindling.
