I have a client with a 12kPV & 30kWh LL-S system running off-grid.  When I try to change the grid regulation setting, it gives me an error.  Do I need to turn the output off to get this to change.  Online I get 'Error Code: 3'.

Some settings do require for the inverter to be on standby. You can try putting the inverter on standby through the settings and then try to change the grid regulation setting.

I was comissioning two more inverters.  Couldn't get either of them to change to general standard either.  I put one on standby and still got the same error.  Not sure what I'm missing here.

If you have one or more inverters connected in parallel, make sure they are all set to standby. If you’d like, you can send me the station name or the inverter’s serial number, and I can make the change for you.

I would like to understand why it keeps failing, so I can do it correctly.  I'm finishing a new install tomorrow and will try again with the inverter in standby.
