I have an 18kpv and a powerpro all weather battery. I'm grid tied in battery backup mode. I can't get the battery to charge, even with force charge. I'd like the battery to charge off of solar, but that isn't doesn't seem to work either. All of the firmwares are up to date. Any suggestions?
Could you please share screenshots of your settings, or provide your station name or serial number? I can review your setup and help identify why this is happening.
Make sure you have Lithium brand set to 1. This is the best protocol to use for EG4 inverters to communicate with the WallMount batteries.
I was able to look at your settings and it looks like you have the Charge Last setting enabled. This would cause the inverter to sell back to grid and power loads with PV before charging the batteries. Disabling this setting should fix your problem.
