Appreciate any direction I can get... Or point me to where I should be looking.

I have an 18kpv and 4 eg4 wall mount battery. I am back feeding a 60 amp breaker on the grid 1 and 2.  I also have a separate panel with the essentials on the load 1 and 2.

I am not 100% sure how the software should be setup to use the batt during peak times and charge during off peak times. But when it was during peak time it was charging. Comms between batteries looks good. Wiring looks good. It's just the software.

Good morning!

  •  Make sure Battery Backup Mode is disabled
  • If Battery Backup mide is already disabled, you can set a time or battery percentage on the Forced Discharge Enable settings and force the batteries to discharge at the same time you have for peak times.

Eric,  I will setup both as you mentioned.  I had battery backup disabled.  I did not use the Forced discharge feature.  I will change that.

Thanks

System went down to 99% and now its charging the batteries again.

Start Shaving SOC 1%...what should this be set at?

It discharges from 100 to 99, then it charges the batteries from 99 to 100(SOC).  This is the cycle that its stuck in.
